Working with Bart Siniard was a fantastic experience, particularly since our issue wasn’t related to his personal injury specialty. When a certain adjuster completely denied our roof claim after two tornados touched down back-to-back in our neighborhood, Bart happily took up our case. He was completely up front about the process and what he could do for us. He also didnt collect any fees until we had our settlement, which was quick, especially according to insurance standards. Bart even came to our home in the blistering July heat to meet with the new adjuster to ensure the re-inspection went smoothly. And we couldnt be happier with the result! Five stars seems too little to rank the work that Barnes Heyward did for me!!!!!  I called several attorneys before Barnes was recommended to me. He actually called me before I could call him, he provided constant updates, and genuinely cared what happened with me and my case. Hello to all this may concern. My experience with Attorney Barnes Heyward of Siniard Law Injury Attorneys was nothing short of outstanding and great! I have never dealt with an Injury attorney that cared more for his clients than Attorney Heyward. I had 2 other attorneys representing 2 different Law firms handling my case before I found Attorney Barneys. The other attorneys dropped the ball tremendously to the point that I had to call The Alabama State Board of Attorneys and I'm truly glad I did. One of the references they gave me was Attorney Barnes and I'm truly glad that he was the one I called. Attorney Barnes got right on my case and tirelessly worked on my case pulling no punches and taking no short cuts. He won my case and got me a settlement that I was blown away by. When the insurance company of the defendant made a much smaller offer Attorney Barnes turned it down and told me don't worry about it. His exact words to me was "I know it's worth more and they know it to!" He then sent me to have an FCE (Functional, Capability, Evaluation) done and when he sent the defendant's insurance company the report they immediately offered me an amount that truly blew my mind! Wasn't what I was expecting at all, far from it! I can't tell Attorney Barnes enough how much I appreciate him and I can't thank him enough. Writing this review is really the least I can do to show my appreciation! Please do yourself a favor, I'm begging you. If you have been injured from someone else's negligence please call Attorney Barnes of the Siniard Law Injury Attorneys. I promise you you WILL NOT REGRET IT! They worked long and hard on my case. I'm surprised what they were able to get for me! I will always be appreciative to Harrison Lane for helping me through the entire process. I always reached out via email and Harrison was very responsive. They made this super stressful event (that gave me plenty of anxiety) super easy for me. My advice would be to be patient though! I've talked to many people that's gone through accident claims and they're usually never quick. This is at no fault of Siniard Law. BEST IN CLASS!!! Mr. Siniard was amazing! I never felt like a number or a burden and he truly went out of his way to help me with my case. I almost forgot but I want to express my upmost gratitude to Bart Siniard for coming to our school (Dawson Elementary) during Career Week in September. His presentation on what it takes to be a great lawyer was engaging and informative. The kids and the faculty enjoyed the mock trials. To this day, my 5th grade students still believe we are in court and try to justify the reasons for not doing tests and homework. I truly believe he opened Pandora’s box on that one. Listen…..I knew I had a viable case, but I wasn’t sure I’d win or get anything for what I had been through. Throughout our lives we come in contact with people that we can honestly say have been a blessing to us.  Those people may be folks we've known our whole lives, or those that we have recently met.  Life is hard.  We are sometimes dealt a hand that we would rather have not been dealt. God expects us to be 'can do' people, even when we know that we are being wronged.  My mother passed in 2020 (not from COVID, although in the thick of COVID).  She was wronged.  I was wronged. My entire family was wronged.  Bart and Tommy have been a blessing to me. The  diligent hard work that was put into my mothers' case, on my behalf, far exceeds any expectation that I had going into this. Bart did not give up.  Tommy felt in his heart that my mother was wronged.  Because of their determination and intuition, I finally have closure. In today's world, you hear more about how terrible someone is, more about how incompetent or lax an attorney has been, more about how you've 'thrown good money after bad' or how 'they just took you for a ride'.  Siniard Law has been professional with every aspect of how my case was handled and I truly cannot say enough good about this firm. I had a bad experience with Harrison Lane. I never got a free consultation only an email saying he reviewed my online inquiry a week after I completed it. Harrison Lane never called me to hear the whole story and only based his decision on a very short online survey that didn't give me the opportunity to explain all recent injuries and malpractice that happened in the past year.
