Tommy Siniard’s Background
Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Tommy grew up in a blue-collar family. His father worked 43 years at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. tire plant and missed only thirteen days of work during that time period. When Tommy went to law school, he made a promise to his father that he would always represent working people instead of companies and corporations.
Tommy has held true to that promise his entire career. He only represents people in their fight against insurance companies for fair compensation.
Tommy attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in 1980. He moved to Huntsville following law school and began practicing law with esteemed trial attorney Harvey Morris. In 1991, Tommy started a solo personal injury law office that eventually grew to be the largest personal injury firm in Huntsville. In 2022, Tommy and his son Bart started their own law firm, Siniard Law, LLC.

Tommy Siniard is respected and trusted in the Huntsville legal community. He was elected as President of the Huntsville Bar Association, elected as Bar Commissioner to the Alabama State Bar for Madison County, and selected to the Executive Committee of the Alabama Association for Justice. Many of the cases he handles are referred by other Huntsville lawyers because they know his track record of securing significant settlements and verdicts.
Tommy has been involved in community service his entire career. He was a founding member of the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program (MCVLP). He has served on the Board of Directors of the North Alabama Boys & Girls Club. Tommy has also served on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. Tommy regularly supports local charities, especially those that assist underserved youth.
Tommy Siniard Outside the Courtroom
A self-assessed extrovert, Tommy is outgoing but does enjoy quiet pastimes like golfing, fishing, and writing. And although his favorite hobbies provide enjoyment, his experiences as a father have been some of his most rewarding. For decades, he coached his boys’ sports teams. His “coaching days” were one the primary joys of his life.
Today, Tommy has what he describes as the “greatest luxury of all time,” which is practicing law alongside his eldest son Bart Siniard. “We work as a team,” Tommy explains. “And it is a dream come true!”
